Two Mayo clubs will face each other in the first FAI Junior Cup round. Current Mayo Super League champion Castlebar Celtic will host Ballina Town.
Conn Rangers will play Sligo team Ballisadare United, while Straide & Foxford united face Roscommon side St John's Athletic FC.
From a Mayo perspective, Ballyheane FC, Westport United and Kiltimagh Knock United have byes in Round 1.
