Mayo County Council have published details regarding parking in town across the county for Christmas.
Castlebar Municipal District
Castlebar
There will free customer parking in the four Castlebar Town Centre car parks listed below:
Parking will be free each day from 8:30am to 12:30pm until Saturday the December 27 inclusive.
Parking charges for on-street parking and the Dunnes Stores Car Park remain unchanged.
Westport / Belmullet Municipal District
Westport
There will be free customer parking in all Westport Town Centre car parks until January 4 2026, inclusive
On street parking will operate as normal during this time.
Claremorris / Swinford Municipal District
Claremorris & Ballinrobe
There will be free customer parking for all public car parks in Claremorris and Ballinrobe Town Centres from 2pm each day until December 31 2025, inclusive.
On street parking will operate as normal during this time.
Ballina Municipal District
Ballina
There will be free customer parking for all public car parks in Ballina Town Centre from 2pm each day until December 31 2025, inclusive.
On street parking will operate as normal during this time.
