FRIDAY
Post-Primary Schools Senior 'C' Gaelic Football Final
Gortnor Abbey Crossmolina v St Clare's Comprehensive Manorhamilton
7pm, Enniscrone
The first event in a hat-trick of schools' football finals to take a look at is the 'C' decider. Gortnor Abbey have been blowing teams away in the buildup to this final clash, recording a 19-point win over Ballinamore Community School and a 20-point drubbing of Presentation College.
They'll be hoping to repeat the trick against St Clare's Comprehensive Manorhamilton in a case of 'Friday Night Lights' this evening.
SATURDAY
Post-Primary Schools Senior 'D' Hurling Final
Ballyhaunis Community School v Mercy College Woodford
12 midday, Ballygar GAA Pitch
The hurlers had a strong semi-final showing, beating Scoil Chroi Mhuire Spiddal 3-14 to 0-13. However, they face a stiff challenge in Mercy College Woodford, who recorded a strong win over St Geralds, Castlebar. Throw-in is at 12.
Post-Primary Schools Senior 'D' Football Final
St Tiernan's v St Cuan's, Castleblakeney
12.30pm, Claremorris Town Pitch
It's back to the big ball, and this time it's St Tiernan's gunning for provincial honours. The Crossmolina school has done well so far, but they'll have to have learned their lessons as they face a strong Cuan's side, who have swept aside all in their wake with consummate ease.
Post-Primary Schools Senior 'A' Football Final
St Colman's, Claremorris v Summerhill College, Sligo
12.30pm, Ballyhaunis GAA
Now for the big one. These two schools already have history this year, as Summerhill College secured the spoils on their home patch in the group stage last December. Now, with rivalries renewed and a lot learned, Claremorris' charges will be hoping to retrieve bragging rights in the competition decider.

Bank of Ireland Junior Plate Quarter-final(rugby)
Castlebar v Westport
7pm, Castlebar
It's an all-Mayo affair in Castlebar, and bragging rights are up for grabs, as well as an opportunity to progress deeper into the competition. Proceedings get underway in Mayo's county town at 7pm.
SUNDAY
Bank of Ireland Junior Cup semi-final(rugby)
Ballinrobe v Creggs
12.30, Ballinrobe
This clash was rescheduled so as not to clash with Ireland's Six Nations joust in Edinburgh. Ballinrobe are seven on the spin and flying high in the Junior 1B League, however this will be a different challenge altogether, as they aim to upset the odds on their own patch against a seasoned 1A outfit in Creggs and book their spot in the final.

Lidl Ladies National Football League
Mayo v Tyrone
2pm, Swinford Amenity Park
Both sides will be gunning for a first win of 2025. Liam McHale's Mayo side have come closest with their opening day 3-point loss to Dublin in the capital, while it's been a rough welcome to the top flight for the Red Hands.

Allianz National Hurling League Division 3
Sligo vs Mayo
2pm, Enniscrone
It's an away day for Ray Larkin's charges in their opening league fixture, as they make the short journey to Enniscrone for a joust with near neighbours Sligo. The men from the Yeats County have already played and lost twice so far in the competition, and a win for them is essential to avoid sliding into the basement division of inter-county hurling.
Men's Under-20 National Basketball League Group 1
Merry Monk Ballina v Labanga
2pm, Ballina Sports Center
Merry Monk have been in imperious form in their league. Labanga, by contrast, are rock bottom and winless in the group stage. Expect a ruthless display from the hosts as they bid to continue their aim of reaching the playoffs.
FIBA Women's Eurobasket 2025 Qualifiers
Ireland v Latvia
5pm, National Basketball Arena(Live on TG4 app)
Kiltimagh woman Hazel Finn and her Ireland counterparts received an almighty walloping at the hands of the French last night. However, they'll be hoping to bounce back as they take on Latvia in front of a sold-out 2,500 crowd in Dublin on Sunday evening.
