The man accused of murdering a Ballycastle man in Australia will not appear in court until September.

THE man accused of murdering Ballycastle man Colm Kenny (pictured) in Australia last May will not appear in court until September 2.
Samuel Phillip Buultjens, 20, had a murder charge against him mentioned at Lismore Local Court on the east coast of Australia last Tuesday.  The defendant is on bail and was not in court. No plea was entered.
Mr Kenny, 30, was found unconscious with head injuries at the corner of Jonson and Lawson streets in the popular tourist haven of Byron Bay on May 11 last.
He was flown to a Brisbane hospital, but died six days later. Huge crowds attended his funeral in his native Ballycastle on June 1.
