Many Mayo GAA club and county players were out in Sigerson Cup action last night.
Claremorris clubman Niall Hurley of University College Dublin was speaking to The Mayo News after their win over Maynooth University.
UCD won 3-16 to 2-14. Ballina’s Sam Callinan got a goal in 55nd minute as UCD finished with a late surge.
Parke’s Darragh Reilly also got a goal while Niall Hurley also impressed in attack.
