Communities across Mayo have been recognised for their efforts in enhancing local environments, with special Tidy Towns awards presented by the Minister for Rural Community Development, Dara Calleary.
The awards were announced at the launch of the 2026 SuperValu National Tidy Towns Awards.
Mayo recipients include Balla, Ballyhaunis, Belmullet, Claremorris, Cong, and Westport, highlighting the county’s commitment to community pride and sustainable development.
