A Ballina woman missing since Thursday found safe and well yesterday afternoon
A BALLINA woman who has been missing since Thursday was found safe and well yesterday afternoon, gardaí have confirmed.
Gardaí in Ballina had sought the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 22-year-old Margaret Lawrence who was last seen on the morning of October 11 in the north Mayo town. She was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit top and black boots.
In a statement issued yesterday evening (Monday), the Garda press office issued a statement where they confirmed that Ms Lawrence ‘was located safe and well’ yesterday afternoon and thanked the public for their assistance.
