It is day one at the 2023 Ryder Cup as Team Europe take on Team USA in Rome's Marco Simone Golf and Country Club.
The European side have been quick out of the blocks in the opening foursomes session - currently up in all four matches at the time of writing.
Offaly man Shane Lowry is among those out on the course alongside partner Sepp Straka. The duo are currently 3Up on Rickie Fowler and Collin Morikawa. Latest scores HERE
Lowry looks to be loving the big occasion as he fired up the crowd when he witnessed Viktor Hovland chip in on the first.
