The Easkey clubman is currently part of Ray Dempsey’s Knockmore setup alongside Derry GAA icon Joe Brolly.

Sloyan, alongside O’Hara in the backroom team, guided the Sligo Under-20s to one of the county’s finest moments in a generation as they won the 2022 Connacht Championship against Mayo.

Sloyan has also been involved in the backroom team of the Longford senior footballers.

Mayo Abbey man Sean Boyle will continue to serve as the county’s Strength and Conditioning coach.

Sligo will be operating in Division Three for 2026, while remaining optimistic about their prospects of capturing their maiden Tailteann Cup.
