Mayo GAA announce venue change for important Senior Championship game

Each side has aims for progressing far in this season’s race for the Moclair Cup
As the weekend comes into clearer focus, excitement is building as players, management and supporters gear up for Round Three of the Mayo Senior Club Championship.
Every single side, bar one, is playing for something this weekend. Whether it be the joust to make the quarter-finals and to keep your name in the hat for the Moclair, or the battle to avoid those odious relegation play-offs, there is no shortage of talking points.
Now, with only days to go until the final round of the Group Stage, there has been a late change of venue for one tie.
Castlebar Mitchels and Garrymore have both made sure they are in the pot for the quarter-final draw.
That said, though, their Friday Night Lights tango is sure to attract huge interest as the prize on offer is a seriously valuable home game in the knockout stages.
The game was originally pencilled in for Flanagan Park in Ballinrobe. However, the venue has now been changed to Hollymount.
The throw-in is still scheduled for 8 pm.
