Mayo’s Liam Lavin is among the three players nominated for the GAA Player of the Week for his stunning performance against Cavan on Sunday.
Tooreen clubman Lavin followed up his totemic display and 1-4 total against Sligo in Mayo’s league opener with a haul of 1-5 from play as his side prevailed in a 1-23 to 2-14 win.

Mayo will need another red-hot performance from Lavin against London to continue their aims for promotion, as the league leaders make the journey to MacHale Park this weekend.
