Working from home or just at home?

Both working from home and love being at home... the beach is also home for me.

Strangest thing you do to pass the time?
I meditate lots. This is not at all strange to me but possibly to others?

What’s the best thing about going nowhere?
To recognise what is true for me in this moment that I would not notice if I was rushing around.

Best thing about social distancing?
We get to be in our own space a little more.

Worst thing about social distancing?
The downside is the new fear of other people.

Favourite song to wash your hands to?
‘If I were a carpenter’  by the Four Tops

What’s your guilty pleasure TV show?
Monty Python

Your most prized possession? 
Well-integrated nervous system.

What do you miss most about training?
I never stop training, lockdown only inspired me to train more.
