West of Ireland's only LGBTQ+ choir to perform at Mayo museum culture night

A popular Mayo tourist venue, the Michael Davitt Museum is hosting a special culture night.

'Sing Out West', the West of Ireland's only LGBTQ+ choir, with Irish Sign Language interpretation, will perform at the event.

It will take place on Friday, September 19 at 7pm.

The choir aims to bring lively entertaining music to all, with a particular focus on artists who represent the best of the LGBTQ+ community.

Founded in 2022, 'Sing Out West' are the under the direction of Michael K. Burke, a former member of the London Gay men’s chorus and the musical tutelage of Joseph Garvey.

Booking in advance is advised as spaces are limited.
