The residents of the MacBride Community Nursing Unit, Westport enjoyed a lively afternoon of music and song by a host of local talented entertainers on Sunday, December 28.
The entertainers were Charlie Keating (ballad singer and guitarist), Padraic Ryder (accordianist), Eamon Corcoran (ballad singer and guitarist), Frank Moore (accordianist), Michaela Moore Nolan (accordianist), Joseph Flanagan (singer) and residents of the MacBride Unit James Corrigan and Mary Jo MacDonnell (singers).
Christmas cheer was kindly sponsored by Patricia Joyce of Goldilocks Hairdressing, James Street, Westport and Holland's Daybreak, Carrabawn, Westport.
On behalf of all at the MacBride Community Nursing Unit, Wendy Moore thanked the singers and musicians for giving of their time and talents to bring cheer to the residents.
