Huge name announced tonight for Ray Moylette fight night in Castlebar

Heavyweight star Dillian Whyte to fight in The TF Royal

Ray Moylette fight sees massive line-up addition with prominent fighters

Mayo boxer Ray Moylette's last dance has just been elevated to another level with the announcement tonight that well-known British professional Dillian Whyte will take on German-Romanian Christian Hammer in a massive addition to the line-up for the St. Patrick's Day event.

Whyte has shared the ring with some of the best heavyweights on the planet, including Tyson Fury, Alexander Povetkin and Luis Ortiz. If he wins in Castlebar, the Briton known as The Bodysnatcher hopes to pursue big-name fights in the coming months, including taking on the winner of Friday night's fight in Saudi Arabia between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou.

As Sky Sports reports, Whyte has been cleared to continue his career after an investigation confirmed that a positive drug test was caused by a contaminated sample.

The former WBC interim champion can recommence his career now and will meet with Hammer in the ring, who in the past faced Tyson Fury, Alexander Povetkin and Luis Ortiz.

'I'm just glad to be back, doing what I love doing. I'm not getting any younger', Whyte told Sky Sports.

For Islandeady-man Ray Moylette the occasion in the TF Royal Castlebar will be his last fight. Tickets can be bought here.

The former World amateur Junior gold medalist is delighted to have White on the bill and said it will bring worldwide attention to the Castebar venue. "The TF will be on everyone's lips on St Patrick's night. The boxing world will be tuned in to see the action and the atmosphere and I know the Mayo and Irish boxing fans will create a noise and an energy like no other."
