Make sure not to over do training during the last four days; relax and set your sights on reaching the finish line

Don’t overdo it during final days


Many of those participating will have been training for months and now will be hoping they have enough endurance work done to complete the 13 mile journey. However, make sure not to over do training during the last four days. The last thing a competitor needs is to turn up on Saturday morning, stiff and sore from last minute training. It’s time now to relax and set your sights on reaching the finish line.
