May - Joey

Hello people, very nice to meet you all. My name is Joey, and I am a Laffy.
What do you mean you’ve never heard of a Laffy before?! Just look at my wonderful laughing face and you will surely know what a Laffy is - it’s a laughing, cheery, happy, affectionate, goofy, kind and loyal family pet. Or to be official about it, I’m a Staffie/Labrador cross.
I am maybe about ten months old, certainly not yet a year, and just as fantastic as my breed description says. I am every one of those things and more. I am a snuggly type and love belly rubs and any and all human contact.
I am really little more than a pup and can be moulded into a great family member. I will really bloom and come on in leaps and bounds once secure in a home of my own. I am extremely biddable, and I respond very quickly to positive training methods.
I just want to be the best guy I can be, and I know my home is out there waiting for me to make it complete.

Joey is just one of many Mayo and Galway rescue dogs at Connemara-based Mutts Anonymous Dog Rescue and Adoption (MADRA) looking for a loving home. All dogs will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Please see www.madra.ie, check out MADRA’s Facebook page or call or text Marina on 086 8149026.
