A property near Westport Golf Club featured highly on the list from holiday rental company Airbnb.
If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Mayo while perfecting your golf swing, Airbnb may have the place for you.
With temperatures soaring and the fair green calling, many golf enthusiasts will be packing up their clubs and heading to Westport Golf Club to soak up the rays while enjoying the stunning backdrop of Croagh Patrick.

With perfect golf weather, Airbnb have released a list detailing a number of their homes near the premier courses of Ireland.
One such home is a house in Westport. The town centre property, on the banks of the Carrowbeg River, could house up to six golf aficionados, just a short walk from all the amenities Westport has to offer.
Even more importantly, it is located just a ten-minute spin from Westport Golf Club on the banks of Clew Bay.
