Planning application lodged for padel courts in west Mayo

A planning application has been lodged to Mayo County Council for the development of two new padel courts at The Bowers, Ballinrobe. 

The proposed plans include the development of two new padel courts with artificial grass surface and a changing shelter complex. Additional works include 6-meter-high lighting posts, an upgrade to existing boundary fences and pedestrian access gates.

Works also include landscaping and boundary treatments. 

Mayo County Council recently granted planning permission to Connaught rugby player Jack Carty and his friend and business partner, Fergal Hynes for the construction of padel courts in Ballina.
