THE TF Royal Hotel and Theatre in Castlebar have announced a variety of home-grown performances to take place in the new year.
The program includes the Castlebar Pantomime - Pantoland, Mayo Ballet, Danceworld, Heroes for Hospice, the National Children’s Choir Regional Concert, Castlebar Musical & Dramatic Society’s production of Sister Act, and Foróige.
“At the TF Royal Theatre, we’ve always believed in the power of the arts to bring people together and to highlight the incredible talent in our own backyard,” said Carmel Kelly, Director of Operations at the TF Royal.
“These shows are about more than just entertainment—they’re about celebrating what makes Mayo special: our creativity, our community spirit, and our commitment to supporting one another.”
Representatives from local organisations expressed their gratitude for the TF Royal’s support.
A spokesperson for Castlebar Musical & Dramatic Society said the venue provided ‘invaluable’ support for community organisations.
“It gives us the platform to share our passion with a wider audience and encourages people of all ages to participate in the arts.”
Similarly, a representative from the fundraising Heroes for Hospice said the TF ‘has always been a champion for causes that matter to this community’.
“Hosting our show here means we can reach more people and raise much-needed funds for hospice care, all while bringing joy through the arts.”
Tickets for all events are now available through the TF Royal website www.tfroyal.ie or at the TF Royal Box Office on 094 9023111.
