Ireland West Airport has added 50,000 extra seats this summer, offering flights to over 20 destinations across Europe
Ireland West Airport has officially launched its busiest summer schedule in its 40-year history, offering flights from Mayo to over 20 destinations across Europe.
This summer, the airport will be served by three major airlines: Aer Lingus, Lauda Europe, and Ryanair. Together, the carriers have added 50,000 extra seats across a number of services, providing more options for travellers.
Key destinations benefiting from increased services include Bristol, Milan, Malaga, Liverpool, London, and Manchester. This expanded schedule is designed to meet a wide range of travel needs.
“Whether you’re travelling to the UK, planning a European city break or flying to one of our sun destinations, we’ve got flights to work for all your journeys,” shared the airport.
Airport officials said the record summer schedule reflects both growing demand and the airport’s continued role as a gateway for the West of Ireland.
