Large selection of properties go to under the hammer

The house which has been maintained to a high standard throughout, offers huge potential for a first time buyer or investor to acquire a family home at a very competitive price. Set on a mature C .04 acre site the property benefits by double glazed windows, oil-fired central heating, tarmac driveway and a garden to front and rear, and has a front boundary wall, large detached workshop, storage shed and detached garage to the rear. The house has its own registered septic tank and group water scheme.
Number one, The Green, Balla, will be offered at bids over €59,000 in partnership with DNG Burke Connolly Maloney. This three bedroom semi-detached property, circa 82 Sq. metres (883 sq. feet) comes to the market at exceptional value.
