Son charged with murder has unrelated cases adjourned

A 19-year-old man charged with the murder of his mother had unrelated charges against him adjourned last week
Murder trial fixed for next July


A 19-year-old Islandeady man charged with the murder of his mother at Derrynacrieve, Islandeady, had unrelated road traffic, public order and theft charges against him adjourned until October 3, 2012, at last week’s sitting of Castlebar District Court.
Celyn Eadon will appear at a sitting of Galway Central Criminal Court on July 17 next when the trial will commence in relation to the alleged murder of his mother Noreen Kelly Eadon (46) on March 9 last.
Judge Mary Devins decided to adjourn these further matters until after this case.
The defendant was subsequently remanded in custody.
