Another day, and another win as the Mayo machine gained momentum.

Some selections didn't quite catch fire, but some of the substitutions, whether forced through injury or tactical switches, helped steady the ship.

His soldiers were quite open at the back in Act Two, and weren't punished in the first half, but games which would have been lost in 2025 are being won in 2026.
