Mayo GAA and Belmullet footballer Ryan O'Donoghue has announced his engagement to Courtney O'Donnell.
The prolific forward and his fiancée celebrated this event at the Castle Inn in Glencastle, Belmullet.
O'Donoghue, who was named as vice-captain of the senior football team by new manager Andy Moran, is one of the most lethal forwards in intercounty football.
The 27-year-old scored 1-26 for Belmullet in last summer's Mayo senior football championship, earning him sixth spot in the top scorers chart.
An impressive tally nonetheless, that O'Donoghue racked up in only four matches, as Belmullet only made it to the quarter-final.
And for Mayo it was often the bullet from Belmullet who consistently scored in last year's National Football League and Championship endeavours.
A message from the Castle Inn in Glencastle on social media reads:
"Congratulations to Ryan & Courtney on your recent engagement. Wishing you both all the best for the future. Thank you for celebrating your night with us from all Castle Inn Glencastle."
