As the clock ticks down to the clash of two of Mayo's hurling heavyweights in the Senior Championship final, Tooreen and Ballyhaunis fans now know precisely where and when they will do battle for the ultimate glory.
The battle for the final destination of the TJ Tyrrell Perpetual Cup is one which will grip those ardent small-ball lovers across the county when the proudest hurlers in the land lock horns.
Tooreen are on a mission to strengthen their grip on the title of the ultimate kings of the county. However, they will meet a side who are gunning to knock their East Mayo neighbours off their perch, simultaneously avenging for the pain of last year's decider.
The reigning champs will have to travel down the N83 into the lion's den to lock horns with the challengers. The county decider takes place in Ballyhaunis at 3 pm on Sunday, October 12.
