Mayo County Council will show promotional video during clash between Connacht and Munster at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park

A NEW promotional video 'showcasing the splendour of county Mayo' will be premiered on the big screen during the historic rugby game at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park in Castlebar.

A sell-out crowd of approximately 25,000 are expected to attend the United Rugby Championship Irish-derby clash between Connacht and Munster at the home of Mayo GAA on Saturday.

Fans of Connacht and Munster will get a chance to view the premiering of Mayo County Council's latest short promotional video, 'Try Mayo' showcasing the splendour of county Mayo on the big screen at the game. The video will then be shown across Mayo County Councils social media channels after 3pm.

The video was produced by Western Front Studios in conjunction with the Tourism Team at Mayo County Council.
