Excitement filled the air in Crossmolina as the McDonagh family, proud finalists on the popular RTÉ series Ireland’s Fittest Family, visited Hiney’s Londis, where they were warmly welcomed by store owners Enda and Carmel Hiney.
The McDonagh family from Geesala in Mayo, which included Pat, Daniel, Matthew, and Leah McDonagh, recently fought their way to the final of Ireland’s Fittest Family, receiving plenty of support across the country.

Pat McDonagh expressed his thanks to the local community during his family’s time on the show:
“On behalf of our family, I would like to thank the local community for all their well-wishes during the competition and for really getting behind us.
