As Storm Boelo is reaching the west coast of Ireland tomorrow, Mayo GAA have already rescheduled county finals and now a decision has been made regarding two Mayo LGFA clubs’ Connacht semi-finals.

Moy Davitts, the Mayo LGFA intermediate champions after beating Aghamore in an exciting final, are due to play their Connacht semi-final this Sunday.

This fixture is not affected by the orange wind and yellow rain warning in place for Saturday, October 24. Moy Davitts will play Tuam Cortoon at home in Foxford on Sunday, October 25, at 1pm.

But the other Mayo club due to play this weekend has seen their fixture moved.

Breaffy’s Connacht junior championship semi-final away to Shamrock Gaels in county Sligo was due to take place on Saturday at 1pm.

The Mayo News understands that this fixture has been rescheduled to the bank holiday Monday, same time, at 1pm.
