Seven multi-bed properties in the final stage of development have been rapidly sold under the help to buy scheme on the Ballinrobe Road, Westport.
A three-bed townhouse and a two-bed ground floor apartment remain up for sale at Ashwood Grove.
The townhouse is on sale with an asking price of €410,000, while the ground floor apartment is going for €320,000.
The homes - which are still in development - are situated one kilometre’s walk from Westport town.
FM Auctioneers said there has been a huge amount of interest in the apartments and townhouses and that they have been sold at fast speed.

The homes are expected to be finished “early next year” and are promised to have a high energy efficiency and oak wood floors.
The auctioneers have stated on the listing that “Visual representations, finishes, layouts and/or scales may be approximate or representative of the development rather than exact specifications of the actual unit. The developer reserves the right to make alterations to the design and specification in the overall interest of the development.”
The homes are registered under the Help to Buy scheme - which is a government initiative which allows first-time property purchasers to secure a deposit of up to €30,000.
Potential buyers can register their interest in the remaining properties by emailing info@fmauctioneers.ie or they may contact the auctioneer directly for further information on 09866525.
