The Mayo-based will feature a host of restaurants on the eight-part series.

A Mayo restaurant is set to feature in Bia Úr, a new eight-part food series coming to TG4.

Olive's Seoul Food in Claremorris will feature as a contributor to the series, which explores identity, belonging and tradition through the universal language of food.

Olive’s Seoul Food was founded in 2019 by Olive Yeoun Jung Nho (Olive Feerick), a trained chef who was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea.

Olive opened the restaurant with her husband, Cyril, bringing the flavours and traditions of her native Korea to the heart of Mayo.

Presented by Kirsten Mate Maher and Allie Stack, Bia Úr celebrates the people and stories behind Ireland’s evolving food culture.

Across the eight-part series, Kirsten and Allie meet a diverse group of chefs, food entrepreneurs and home cooks whose unique flavours, experiences and traditions have become part of Ireland’s modern culinary landscape.
