Mayo soccer sensation secured Champions League history last night (Wednesday, July 30), as her brace helped Athlone Town record an emphatic win in their first-ever game in the competition.
The girls from the Midlands were top class as they swept aside the women from across the Irish Sea with ease in front of a sold-out Lissywollen crowd.

When talking about standout players on the night, it's hard to look past former Kiltimagh Knock United and Castlebar Celtic woman Molloy.
She was all-action, adding creative spark and tormenting defenders, including from free kicks.
Her first of the night came in the 40th minute, doubling the advantage and making it 2-0. Molloy showed composure in the box to control a ball from the left with her knee and roll the ball underneath the Cardiff City net-minder Ceryn Chamberlain.
Three minutes later, Chamberlain was beaten by Molloy once more. The wily attacker took advantage of an error from the City 'keeper to convert.
Now, all eyes in Athlone turn to the visit of the Croatian champions, Agram, on Saturday afternoon.
