Did you know about this handy way of flying through airport security in Dublin?
Dublin Airport has announced that Fast Track Tap-and-Go is now available for passengers to speed up waiting in line for airport security.
We all know that waiting in line for security at the airport can feel like an eternity, especially for anxious flyers, but now Fast Track Tap-and-Go allows people to save time in the dreaded queue.
Of course, this does come at a cost. To gain access to the Fast Track security lane, prices range from €7.99 to €13.99 depending on the date and time of travel.
Previously Fast Track was only available through booking online. However with people unsure of how long the queues for security would be before arriving at the airport, people may not have been so quick to purchase it given the list of add-ons people are often faced with when flying.

With Tap-and-Go, people can now just walk through the Fast Track lane and tap and go using contactless payment.
Fast Track is available in Terminals 1 and 2. However, it is only available for departing flights and is open during specific hours.
In Terminal 1, Fast Track is available from 4am to 9pm, while at Terminal 2 it is open from 4am to 6pm.
This new system may be the answer to many people's prayers, as you can be sure to make time for that pre-flight pint and bookshop browsing!
