A man who was arrested following a massive drugs seizure at Rosslare Europort earlier this week has been charged and is due before the courts, gardai have confirmed.
Gardaí have charged the man who was arrested on Wednesday following the seizure of over €9 million worth of suspected cocaine at Rosslare Europort, Co. Wexford.
Around 133kg of the suspected drug was recovered by Revenue customs officers when a freight unit that had been taken off a ferry at the port was stopped and searched.
The man, aged in his 30s, is due to appear before Gorey District Court this Friday afternoon at 1pm.
