The tradition of the Rambling House continues on Midwest Radio on Christmas Night when Michael Commins of The Mayo News will once again host the popular show with a host of guests at the studios in Ballyhaunis.
The show is set to begin at 10 pm, and the first hour will be requests, Christmas card messages, and some well-known songs.

“Our guests will join us in the studio around 11pm, and the show runs through until about 2am. This is the only radio station on the island of Ireland to have a live show of this nature on Christmas Night, and a show that also has a major outreach to listeners in various parts of the world.” said Michael Commins.
“We will have music and song and some lovely stories and memories from over the years. We hope the show finds favour with our listeners and that the Rambling House will be a grand way to bring the curtains down on Christmas Day,” he added.
