Coláiste Muire in Tuar Mhic Eadaigh is proud to report outstanding Leaving Certificate results for the Class of 2025, with students significantly outperforming national averages across multiple performance indicators.

This year, 25 percent of Coláiste Muire students achieved over 550 points, compared to approximately 13 percent nationally. A further 35 percent scored over 500 points. Beyond points totals, Coláiste Muire students also demonstrated exceptional ambition in their subject choices. Every student sat Higher Level Irish, and 100 percent of students took Higher Level in all their optional subjects. This is well above national averages, where a significant proportion of students typically opt for Ordinary Level in one or more subjects.

Príomhoide na Scoile, Cristín Ní Éanacháin, praised the students and staff for their exceptional efforts: “We are immensely proud of this year’s results, which reflect the dedication, resilience, and ambition shown by our students. These outcomes also speak to the professionalism and commitment of our teaching staff, who consistently go above and beyond to support each learner.”

Coláiste Muire continues to uphold a strong tradition of academic excellence, preparing students for success in higher education and beyond, and nurturing a culture where high achievement is both expected and supported.
