Mayo National School students encouraged to enter Photography Awards.

INSPA competition is open to all primary schools across the country.

The Irish National School Photography Awards is once again open to all Primary Schools across Ireland. INSPA is a national children’s photography competition which encourages primary school students to practice in photography.

This year’s theme is titled “Landscapes & Legends”, and invites students to use their imagination to capture Ireland’s landscape. The theme is set to encourage students to view Ireland differently.

Whether used in English lessons to inspire storytelling, in SPHE to explore emotions, empathy, and wellbeing or in SESE to connect with geography, heritage, and the environment, photography invites expression, reflection, and connection.

Students are encouraged to get out and explore.

All entries will be judged by a national panel of judges including representatives from Image Masters, INTO, and IPPN, alongside other independent arts and cultural professionals.
