Mayo pharmacy celebrates major win at national Annual Life Pharmacy Awards

There was great celebrations for Life Pharmacy in Kilkelly, County Mayo at the 4th annual Life Pharmacy Awards as the local chemist bagged the Loyalty for Life Award.

The national awards ceremony took place at the Killashee Hotel in Kildare wherein Life Pharmacy professionals from all over the country were invited to celebrate the network of pharmacies' outstanding contributions to customer care and health care. The evening was even hosted by RTÉ broadcaster and comedian Oliver Callan.

The Mayo pharmacy was recognised at the event for its excellence in customer and patient care by winning the coveted Loyalty for Life Award.

There were 12 key categories up for grabs at the event which awarded pharmacy teams from across Ireland for their dedication, expertise and innovation in their local communities.

Commenting on the big winners of the night, Chair of Life Pharmacy and owner of Reen’s Life Pharmacy, Millstreet, Mairead Reen said: "I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to all the finalists and winners of the Life Pharmacy Awards.
