A long established three-star hotel located in north Mayo has been put on the market with a guide price of €1.75 million.

The Downhill Inn Hotel located on the Sligo Road in Ballina has been put up on the market with Colliers and Property Partners Garrett Loftus looking after the sale for the 45-bedroom hotel.

The property has been brought to the market for a guide price of €1.75 million and occupies a prominent gateway position just outside Ballina town centre, set on approximately 1.27 hectares of mature, landscaped grounds.

The property is being offered for sale via joint agents Gillian Earley of Colliers and Garrett Loftus of Property Partners Garrett Loftus.
