JOB ALERT: Mayo County Council now hiring for new position with salary up to €60,000

Mayo County Council are now seeking to hire a Staff Officer to join their team. 

This is a pensionable full-time position with the Council and will operate on the basis of a 35-hour 5-day week. 

The role comes with an impressive salary scale ranging from €50,206 up to €60,051. There are many other perks to working with the Council such as flexible working arrangements, including a standard 9am to 5pm schedule, flexitime and blended working options. .

The Council will have separate panels for existing Local Authority staff, however new candidates are also welcome to apply. For anyone interested in applying, you don't need to have a third level degree. 

The position is a front-line supervisory role within the Council, with Staff Officers being required to manage and supervise staff, meeting deadlines and reports.
