THERE was a double celebration in the Feerick home in Brownstown, Robeen, during Christmas.
Liam, who is based in London, got engaged to Nicola Small from Cloonboo, Corrandulla, while Declan, who is in Abu Dhabi, got engaged to Eimear Kelly from Loughrea.
Declan and Liam are sons of Patsy and Bridie Feerick and, along with their other brothers, Kevin and Padraig, have all featured on the Hollymount/Carramore teams over the years. Best wishes are extended to the newly engaged couples in the times ahead.
