The road will be closed from tomorrow until Friday
The busy Castle Street in Castlebar will be closed to traffic this week in order to facilitate works.
The street will be closed off on October 29, 20 and 31 due to major waterworks.
A digital sign has been posted at the top of the street to inform drivers of the upcoming closure.
Traffic will be diverted on the days of closure through Ellison Street, but is not expected to be as heavy as normal this week due to the schools being on midterm break.
