Larry and Freddie marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a picture in Castlebar last week.
BACK in 1974, Larry Goggins from Cartownacross, Claremorris, married Freddie Heneghan from Woodstock, Ballindine, in St Joseph’s Church, Ballindine. The reception was held in the Travellers Friend Hotel in Castlebar.
Last week, they celebrated their golden wedding jubilee with a family gathering in honour of the occasion. They also went back to the same setting in Castlebar to recreate the photo 50 years on. Their many friends join with us in wishing Larry and Freddie good health and all the best in the times ahead.
