Speaking about the event, Enda Cunnane, Vice President of Operations at TELUS International AI Data Solutions, called it ‘an honour’ to sponsor the event.
“It’s an honour to sponsor the Salmon Run for the third consecutive year, and we are particularly proud to have Mayo Mental Health Association (MMHA) onboard this year. MMHA promotes positive mental health and wellbeing for individuals and communities across Mayo, and here at TELUS International AI, that is something we back 100 percent,” he said.
TELUS International designs, builds and delivers next-generation digital solutions to enhance the customer experience for global and disruptive brands.
The company’s services support the full lifecycle of its clients’ digital transformation journeys, enabling them to more quickly embrace next-generation digital technologies to deliver better business outcomes.
Chairman, Liquid Motion Triathlon Club, Mark Reynolds, congratulated all participants, and said their ‘flagship event’ was again a ‘huge success’.
Pádraig O'Hora, Mayo Mental Health Association Community Liaison officer and Mayo Footballer, said: “Through my work with Mayo Mental Health Association, it’s extremely important to highlight the things that you can do as an individual every day to look after your mental health.
An advocate for taking care of your physical wellbeing, Mr O’Hora explained that looking after his own mental health is ‘a big help’ to him.
He concluded: “Community events like the Annual TELUS Salmon Run are the perfect opportunity to get involved in the community, participate in physical activity, and in turn look after our mental health and wellbeing.”
