Mayo dancers return to centre stage in the grand final of 'An Ríl Deal'

Mayo Irish dancers will return to the stage for Sunday’s grand Final of TG4’s ‘An Ríl Deal’.

The finale of the latest series of ‘An Ríl Deal’ is set to air at 8.30pm this Sunday night as eight acts return to centre stage to battle it out.

The finale features Mayo talent 'Atlantic Waves', a group from Mofatt School of Irish dance in Crossmolina, as well as soloist, Ela Kohen Murray from Westport, who dances under Bernadine Cresham-Ball and Louise Cresham at the Cresham Academy of Irish dance.

After each act earning their final spot, they must now impress esteemed judges Labhras Sonaí Choilm Learraí, Ronan O’Connell, Úna Ní Fhlatharta and guest judge, Sibéal Davitt, in their bid to be crowned champion.

Over the past seven weeks, incredible performers of all styles of traditional dance have dazzled with their dancing and entertained viewers. There have been contestants of young, old and everything showing off their moves as TG4 and Adare Productions searched for the next big thing in the world of Irish dancing. 

The finale is sure to be full of entertainment and celebration, and hopefully, a Mayo winner!
