PETS’ CORNER A handsome nine-month-old collie cross, Coach is a little shy but slowly realising that life can be fun
Coach is one of the most handsome collies MADRA has had in a long time; the photo really does not do him justice. He has a stunning long silky, tricolour coat and a big happy smiley face … and very short legs. So, he may be Collie with something smaller – but that just means that he will find it much easier to find a space in a smaller house, or on the back seat of the car between the kids.
Coach was very shy when he arrived, but he’s slowly starting to realise that life is actually much more fun than he originally thought.
He is only a youngster of about nine months, so he has his whole life ahead of him to learn about all the fun stuff, like the beach, warm beds and lots of cuddles. As he is a wee bit shy still, a home that is not too noisy and chaotic, and where someone is home during the day, would suit him.
Coach is just one of many Mayo and Galway rescue dogs at Connemara-based Mutts Anonymous Dog Rescue and Adoption (MADRA) looking for a loving home. All dogs will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Please see www.madra.ie, visit MADRA’s Facebook page or call or text Marina on 086 8149026.
