Luke briefly discussed IAYPN with both leaders and noted the growth of the new network.

Since its launch three weeks ago, IAYPN now has over 400 members across the United States and Ireland, with new members joining each day.

Mr Gibbons, a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School has expressed enthusiasm about the network’s potential impact: “We are excited to bring together young professionals from Ireland and America to foster connections and facilitate growth. It is important for younger generations to continue the great tradition of the special relationship between Ireland and the United States. We believe that by working together, we can achieve great things, both professionally and personally. There are many incredible opportunities for young Irish professionals in the United States. However, the process of finding these opportunities is spread across a multitude of sources. IAYPN will provide a consolidation of these events, scholarships, employment and networking opportunities to make each more accessible to the busy young professional.”

Membership is free and open to all. To join and find out more email ireameryoungprofessionals@gmail.com.
