Body of missing Castlebar man found in Ballina
Gardaí have confirmed that the body of missing Castlebar man Padraic Sharkey was found on the banks of the River Moy on Tuesday afternoon at approximately 12.35pm. Mr Sharkey had been missing from his home in Castlebar since last Thursday and had last been seen in the Moy Heights area of Ballina.
The Gardaí have thanked the public for their assistance in this matter.
