The Mayo News and Mayo TV hold special preview nights
ALL roads lead to Breaffy House Hotel, tonight, Tuesday, September 18 as The Mayo News hosts the week’s first big event in the build up to Sunday’s much anticipated All-Ireland Final between Mayo and Donegal. Both sides of the divide will be well represented with RTÉ’s Martin McHugh (pictured) and Kevin McStay sharing their experts view on how their respective counties will perform on the big stage on Sunday. They will be joined by Castlebar man Martin Carney who of course has famously played inter-county football for both counties. It promises to be a great night’s entertainment with Mike Finnerty, Sports Editor with The Mayo News acting as MC. Everyone in Breaffy House Hotel will have the chance to win much coveted tickets to the All-Ireland Final. “We couldn’t really have got a better line up when it came to talking about Mayo and Donegal football and we hope the Mayo footballing public come out in force as all of the money raised ars going to the Mayo Training Fund and to some local charities,” said Michael Duffy, Editor of The Mayo News. “We also have some great door prizes to give away including a weekend break for two, kindly sponsored by Breaffy House Hotel and it should be a great night all round.” The talking will start at 8pm this evening. Mayo TV host live broadcast Meanwhile, Mayo GAA supporters at home and abroad will be able to join a host of top GAA analysts and celebrity guests for a special two hour All-Ireland Football Final live broadcast on Mayo TV (www.mayotv.ie) and SKY TV channel 191 on Thursday, next September 20 from the Welcome Inn Hotel in Castlebar. The two hour live broadcast from 8pm to 10pm will include in-depth analysis, debate and discussion with some of the county’s most respected GAA players, managers and analysts. There will also be lots of music, dancing and magical performances from some of the county’s best known entertainers. Mayo TV will also be giving away All-Ireland Football Final tickets on the night with a special competition running on www.mayotv.ie or www.irishtv.ie/mayo social media sites.
