#2: Struggling kick-outs
Sligo seemed mostly on top of the kick-out game until Mayo came to life in the final quarter and upped the ante in physical terms.
Too many Mayo kick-outs, especially in the first half, were lost and gave Sligo long spells of possession. It was only thanks to their wastefulness, that Mayo only found themselves down by one point at half-time.
A more lethal team would've posed bigger problems.
